As a Commercial Tyre Sales Consultant at Thomas Tyres Group of Companies you will:
- Sell new and retread commercial tyres and value-added tyre services to fleet and commercial customers
- Conduct on-site fleet surveys to assess tyre condition, usage patterns and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage tyre trials and monitor test tyres to evaluate performance and recommend solutions
- Actively prospect for and win new business, expanding the customer base through targeted outreach and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as their primary point of contact for tyre needs
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals and pricing, and negotiate commercial terms to close sales
- Coordinate with operations, service centres and logistics to ensure timely delivery, fitting and invoicing
- Maintain up-to-date sales administration and CRM records, including activity logs, service histories and follow-ups
- Provide technical advice on tyre selection, maintenance best practices and safety/compliance requirements
- Track sales performance against targets, produce regular reports, and follow up on outstanding opportunities
- Support after-sales service, handling warranty claims, complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction
You will represent Thomas Tyres professionally, deliver expert guidance, and drive measurable improvements in customers’ tyre costs and fleet uptime.
